Friday Fun Before Break

On Friday, April 17th, Team 1 wrapped up the afternoon with a well-earned incentive full of energy and excitement. Students took part in a variety of challenges, including musical chairs, trivia, a rock-paper-scissors tournament, and more. There was plenty of friendly competition, lots of laughs, and a great sense of community throughout. It was a fun and memorable way to head into break!

🎨 K–12 Art Journey on Display

Celebrate the creativity of our students at the Dennis-Yarmouth K–12 Art Journey! This exhibit showcases artwork from across the district, highlighting the talent and growth of our young artists, including featured pieces by Riley Silva (Grade 7), Caleb Kelly (Grade 7), and Leah Riker (Grade 6).

Join us for the opening reception on Friday, May 1 from 5–7 PM at the Cultural Center of Cape Cod, and experience the incredible work on display from April 23 through May 30.

A sports schedule for baseball, softball, track, and tennis from April 27th to May 1st.

Supporting Student Well-Being at DY Middle School

DYM is working to bring a school-based counseling program to our school in partnership with Child & Family Services (CFS). Once we have enough interested students and required paperwork is completed, we will be able to offer this support during the school day. CFS provides counseling services for students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or mental health concerns. Services are delivered by licensed therapists, billed through medical insurance, and include collaboration with school staff. If you are interested in this opportunity for your child, please review the information attached about the CFS Outreach Counseling Program and complete the steps for your child to be involved.
