Woo hoo! The DYMS Fun Color Run was a huge success on October 28th!

🥫 The Joy Project After School Club Can Drive

The Joy Project after school club will be hosting a can drive for the Yarmouth Food Pantry from November 3rd to November 25th. 🗓️

Canned goods and boxed dry items can be brought to advisories and will be delivered to the food pantry on November 25th. 💛

🏐 Girls Volleyball Ends Season with Student vs. Staff Match

On Tuesday, October 28th, the girls volleyball team faced off against a strong staff team in two exciting matches. The girls played hard but came up just short, falling 25–18 and 25–20.

They followed the game with their annual parent match, a fun and spirited tradition for players and families alike. 🎉

The team wrapped up an impressive season with a 7–2 record! Thank you to Coach V and Coach Emily for guiding the team through a fantastic season. 👏

Tight Match for the Field Hockey Team 🏑

The field hockey team gave a strong performance against Monomoy on Wednesday, falling 3-2. Goals came from Aubriella Mitchell ⚽ and Molly Bassett ⚽, with an assist from Olivia Almonte 🎯. Great effort all around! 👏💚

Spooky Science is a Blast! 🧪👻

Students in Mrs. Ivkovic's science class had a blast with a spooky lab on Friday! They had experimented with witch blood, tie-dyed zombie brains, growing ghosts, and bubbling cauldrons. Science has never been this eerie-fun! 🧟‍♂️⚗️🕸️

Morning Library Volunteers Needed 🌞

Love books and have an hour to spare in the morning? Our school library is looking for parent volunteers to help check in 📥, shelve 📖, and organize 📚 books. Even one morning a week makes a big difference! Email ✉️ maxwellj@dy-regional.k12.ma.us if you’re interested.

DYHS Athletic Announcement

Below are reminders and updates for the "HOME" Football Games at DYRHS.

~ Gates open 45 minutes before Kick-off. Kick off is at 6:00pm

~ Any child not enrolled at Dennis-Yarmouth High School will need to be accompanied by an adult and supervised for the duration of the game.

~ Electronic tickets are available using Go Fan. Ticket pricing is $6 for adults and $5 for students and Senior Citizens.

~ The D-Y Police Services Unit and Yarmouth Police will be on hand to ensure a safe and enjoyable event.

~ Games typically end about 7:30 p.m. The D-Y facility will close 30 minutes after the game ends, and all spectators must leave the property. Please make pick-up arrangements accordingly. Waiting on the property after closing is not permitted.
